# SFTP Integration Guide

## Integration prerequisites

Before integrating with Keeta Product SFTP, make sure the following requirements are met:

1. **Merchant account:** Ask your Account Manager to create a merchant account with access to the Keeta Merchant Portal.
2. **Shop IDs:** Obtain the Keeta shop IDs that the integration will manage. You can authorize the merchant account to the application created by the Keeta Open Platform team and subscribe to the required webhook, or ask your Account Manager to provide the shop IDs manually.
3. **SFTP credentials:** Request a valid SFTP username and password from your Account Manager. The credentials will be distributed separately.
4. **SFTP client:** Use an SFTP client that can upload CSV files in the specified format.
5. **SFTP server host:** The hostname will be provided separately when it is available.


Keep the SFTP credentials secure and use them only for the Keeta SFTP server assigned to your integration.
